Stephanie has over 11 years of experience in the real estate industry, including five years as a Licensed Title Agent and six years as a Real Estate Agent. Her well-rounded background gives her a unique understanding of both sides of the transaction, allowing her to guide clients with confidence, knowledge, and care throughout the entire closing process.

Stephanie is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing exceptional service. She takes pride in creating a smooth and stress-free experience for every client, building lasting relationships through trust and reliability.

Originally from Peru, Stephanie moved to Florida at the age of five and has since built both her life and career in the community she proudly serves. She is happily married and the proud mother of two beautiful daughters, who are her greatest inspiration.

Director of Operations

Marylou has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry and has been a licensed title professional for more than 18 years. She was the sixth person in the state of Florida to become certified in Remote Online Notarization (RON), demonstrating her commitment to innovation and staying ahead in the industry.

In her role as Director, Marylou is known for her exceptional attention to detail and unwavering integrity. She has built a strong reputation for trustworthiness in all aspects of title and settlement services. Her extensive experience has shaped her disciplined approach, resilience, and strong work ethic, while also reinforcing the importance of building and maintaining lasting relationships.

Marylou is passionate about delivering outstanding service and is deeply committed to professionalism. Her dedication to ensuring each client’s experience is smooth, seamless, and memorable makes her a trusted partner in the home closing process.

Originally from New York City, Marylou has lived in Florida for over 36 years and has called Central Florida home for the past 20 years. She is married to her husband, Joaquin, and together they share a beautiful blended family of seven children and eight grandchildren. Her family is her greatest pride and joy.
